What are the Address Proof Documents required for Passport

Applicants are required to submit only the present address proof only. He/She has to mention all the places he stayed within 1 year from the date of passport application. For Minor applications , submit the Present address proof in the name of Parents can be submitted. Aadhaar will be accepted as Proof of Address (POA) and Proof of Photo Identity (POI) to avail Passport related services.

9	Spouse Passport Copy · First Page & Last Page and applicant name should be mentioned as spouse of the passport holder. · Applicant present address should match the address mentioned in Spouse address.
